Return/Cancellation Policy

If you have purchased a product and you are not completely satisfied with it, then you can return it through a simple procedure within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the time of delivery/pickup.

Refunds are made only to the buyer's bank account within a maximum of 7 working days.
